Office Manager Assistant
Lightbulb Crew is looking for an Office Manager assistant to support the HR team and coordinate the office. You will work closely with the Head of Administration to create a comfortable and healthy workplace for all our teammates.
As an Office Manager Assistant your main tasks will be maintaining HR processes, managing administrative operations and organizing events for the team to create a vibrant working culture in our remote/hybrid context. After a training period, you will be the main contact on administrative matters and you will manage team building activities (online and offline).
Contract: Internship (french school convention mandatory) /Alternance
Location: 157 Boulevard MacDonald, 75019, Paris - hybrid work

Lightbulb Crew is an indie studio located in Paris. Our vision is to spark joy in people playing and making games. We have a modern remote policy: the team can freely choose their location. We have an office in Paris 19e, in the Cargo building, where the team can also work. This position is in hybrid work : you will need to be 2 days a week at the office and you can be in remote the other days.
We organize team-building days several times a year, mostly in Paris, to bond the team (the company supports the transportation costs). During these days, we do trainings and workshops around our company values: Honesty, Cooperation, Creativity, and Quality.

We are looking for someone who will :
Human Ressources :
Daily HR administration (sick leaves, days off, etc..)
Prepare contracts for salaries and freelances
Coordinate onboardings and offboardings
Help prepare paychecks
Help organize / coordinate the recruitments
Office Management :
Archive invoices in our accounting system
Order office supplies
Collect deliveries
Help organize events and team building days
The ideal person for the job :
is preparing a Master degree
is fluent in English : B2/C1 (we work in English)
knows G-suite or Office suite
is comfortable with online tools / communication
has a strong interest in video games
has good communication skills (not afraid to speak publicly in English)
is a great team player with a can-do attitude, passionate, committed with a high level of initiative
